  • Do you really answer all your calls in the UK?

    Yes, we promise we will never send your calls overseas. Every call we answer for your business we take right here in our Manchester contact centres.

  • Are all my calls answered by real people?

    Yes. At alldayPA we believe real people having real conversations is vital to building strong relationships in business. That’s why it will always be a real person answering your calls.

  • Can I keep my existing number?

    Yes. You simply set up a divert to a new number we provide you with and all the calls to your existing number will come through to us.

  • You are based in Manchester. Do all your PA’s have Northern accents?

    As much as we love our home city and the Mancunian accent, you can rest easy – it won’t sound like Liam Gallagher is answering your calls. Our Head Office is in Manchester but all of our PAs have neutral accents.

  • When are you open?

    Our service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. But if you want to get hold of our customer service or business development team, they’re here between 9am and 6pm on weekdays.

  • Do you provide Live Chat Software as well as management?

    Yes, when you choose a live chat package with alldayPA we provide you with all the software you need, and we’ll guide you on how to install it. It couldn’t be simpler!

  • Do you charge per call or per minute? How do you bill?

    We tailor our packages to your needs so we can offer per call, per minute, or per second billing based on your preference.

  • My calls are complicated. How can I be sure you’re taking the right information?

    We talk with you about what you need to get out of each call and will build you a bespoke script based on the information you give us. You can make as many changes as you need to your script to make sure we get it right.

  • How much does your service cost?

  • How do I receive my messages?

    All your messages will be sent to you in real-time, so as soon as your caller hangs up, you know they tried to get in touch. You decide whether you would like to receive your messages via email or SMS so you can stay up to date wherever you are.

  • How do I divert my calls to alldayPA?

    You can choose to either divert all your calls or just ones that come through when your lines are busy or your line is unanswered. For more detailed instructions, see our welcome pack.

  • Are all your services 24 hour?

    Yes! We’re a fully 24/7 operation, and can provide all of our services out of hours. We’re even here on Christmas day taking your calls.
